Orléans, Ontario is a bedroom community whose majority of residents commute to work daily to points west in Ottawa. Residential growth has tended to be concentrated near Innes and Tenth Line Road, and areas east and southwest of that busy intersection. As of 2008, however, residential development has spread north of Highway 174 along the North Service Road. New developments under construction in our vicinity include the new Orleans Arts Centre, a development of upscale townhouses, two 6-storey retirement residences, and the first 15-storey tower of what will be a premium residential condominium complex on the banks of the Ottawa River.

Location Details: The Taylor Creek Enterprise Centre is located in Orléans Ontario, with easy access from Highway 174. We are conveniently located close to many business and personal amenities. Commuting between Orléans and Ottawa: For residents of Orléans, our location is ideal offering a low-traffic commute of 15 minutes or less for most of the area. For residents West of Orléans, commuters avoid rush-hour bottlenecks by travelling opposite to main flow of traffic inbound to Ottawa in the morning and outbound in the evening. Public transit users have an OC Transpo Transitway within 200 meters of our front entrance.
