Our Mission: The Taylor Creek Enterprise Centre provides a professional, friendly office space environment and all the building, communications and technical services needed for successful small business operations. 
880 Taylor Creek has been the home of Enterprise Information Sytems (EIS) since 1998. During the dot-com boom, EIS occupied most of the building and ran multiple classrooms to train Oracle developers and Database Administrators. The building was initially constructed on an oversized lot to allow for future expansion. With the initial single-storey building 8,400 square foot building considered as phase one, phase two will add 8,500 square feet in two storey structure adjacent to phase one. Phase three will add 14,000 square feet in a four-storey structure adjacent to phase two. The final completed building size will be approximately 31,000 square feet. The current tenant base currently consists of small businesses ranging from 1-2 people requiring one or two single offices to an eight-person operation occupying 2,300 square feet. The target market is Orléans and East Ottawa business owners, as well as employees of larger downtown business seeking a local office in order to avoid commute times between Orléans and Ottawa. The building, now named the Taylor Creek Enterprise Centre, is owned and managed by Jim and Thérèse Miles, residents of Orleans since 1991. |
